Online Registration Will Close Early Saturday Morning
If you're reading this, pre-registration is still open!
You can pick up your packets at the event with little waiting.
In order to keep the egg hunters in the right session, each child will receive a wristband that allows them into the age-appropriate session. The registration process also acts as their parental / guardian permission form and must be filled out before they can participate. If you don't register online by 8pm Friday, April 3rd, on the day of the egg drop you will simply come to the "Walk-Up Registration" table and fill out the form below. That process can take up to 40 minutes if the line is long so PLEASE pre-register!
The only rounds that allow parents on the field are 0-3 years old, 4-5 years old, and the special needs round. No exceptions. Last year we had a major issue with parents rushing the field. This causes other parents to lose sight of their children and then they come onto the field. For 2015, each field will have temporary fencing with only a few points of entry. For the Kindergarten - 1st and the 2nd-3rd grade rounds, the children will receive a sticker based on which gate they enter. They will be directed to that gate upon finishing or they can find you along the fence and simply go underneath the barrier netting.
If you have a child with special needs of any age and they don't want to hunt during their age-appropriate round, we will have a special session just for them. Parents can help during this round. Also, if you need for your other children to hunt during this round as well, register them as special needs. Just remember that this round is designed to give special needs plenty of time so if your other children hunt as well, remind them to only get a limited (10-15) amount of eggs.
As long as the form below is showing, online registration is still open.
